Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — which involve time-bound, personalized, and often government-regulated work — we follow a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced or documentation has been submitted on your behalf. However, under certain limited circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount.
  • Service Not Delivered: If no action has been taken on your order and the service has not been initiated within 7 business days from the date of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Cancellation Before Initiation: If you wish to cancel a service before any processing, consultation, or documentation has begun, you may request a refund. Such requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.
  • Incorrect Payment: If you paid for a service in error or chose the wrong package and notify us within 48 hours, we may adjust the payment or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has already been partially or fully processed.
  • If the delay or issue arises from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
  • If the government portal or third-party delays the processing after submission.
  • If the user fails to respond to queries or provide documents in a timely manner.
  • For services such as GST returns, tax filing, company registration, or legal documentation that are already under process or completed.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please send an email to support@cavakeel.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund Request

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with the outcome within 5-7 business days after verification.


5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
